Plastics has two thermoforming ovens, one with capacity of 5ft by 10ft part
available. We have formed parts as small as a chocolate bar mold or soap
mold, to a large all-terrain vehicle top. We currently form plastics for
a world leading ambulance manufacturer here in Saskatoon, with our quality
parts going all over the World. WD forms plastics for a leading RV manufacturer
also here in Saskatoon, with our quality parts motoring all over North America
and the rest of the World. Once we have your idea, a mold is crafted by hand by our experienced mold maker, and if possible our CNC Router when applicable. It is then formed, rough cut, and trimmed to your specifications. Your final high quality thermoformed part is now finished and ready to go!
