Acrylic works
Our acrylic department here at WD Plastics has manufactured many products for our various customers. From custom display boards, to candy/potatoe bins, to display cases and church podiums, we are able to do it all. We have some of our acrylic displays as far as the Cayman Islands. Our experience in acrylics varies greatly. Design begins with our qualified AutoCAD employee and ends with our skilled acrylics assembler.

Plastic works
Our wide range of inventory is sure to supply your strangest of needs, whatever you may require. If we do not have it in stock, we will find it, and usually bring it in over night (some products may required longer periods of time to acquire). Come and see our wide range of plastic sheeting, rods, and tubes. You may be surprised at what we carry! WD Plastics prides itself in recycling! We currently (and for the past few years) recycle our off cuts into large Gaylord containers to be shipped down east to be recycled.

Oven works
WD Plastics has two thermoforming ovens, one with capacity of 5ft by 10ft part available. We have formed parts as small as a chocolate bar mold or soap mold, to a large all-terrain vehicle top. We currently form plastics for a world leading ambulance manufacturer here in Saskatoon, with our quality parts going all over the World. WD forms plastics for a leading RV manufacturer also here in Saskatoon, with our quality parts motoring all over North America and the rest of the World. Once we have your idea, a mold is crafted by hand by our experienced mold maker, and if possible our CNC Router when applicable. It is then formed, rough cut, and trimmed to your specifications. Your final high quality thermoformed part is now finished and ready to go!

Router works
WD Plastics purchase of a CNC Router in 2000 has been a compliment to our plastics division. We are able to route plastic, aluminum, brass, and many forms of plywood and MDF. Thickness of materials has ranged form less than 1/16" to 1/2" aluminum to 3/4" plywood and 1-1/2" MDF. We here at WD have routered many signs for the sign industry here in Saskatoon and around the Province of Saskatchewan. Black Jack and Roulette tables as well as VLT and Slot Machine Bases have also been routered for the gaming industry. Mold making has been another benefit of our CNC Router. From large fender molds to large-scale motor home plugs, we have routered them all.
